If you didn’t grow up in Maryland or Delaware, you may have never seen a horseshoe crab. They are so weird — prehistoric, like massive cockroaches that will probably live through the apocalypse. Seeing this guy in Rehoboth last weekend reminded me of how freaked out I was by them as a kid.
